What causes clogged drains?

Usually at the bottom right or left side of the toilet there will be an isolation tap just turn it clockwise to isolate the water if this fails to stop the water running turn the water off at the water meter at the front of the property.

If your hot water heating unit is gas and your other gas appliances are working fine then call us.
