3 types of fees agreements apply Deferred professional fees Expenses are payable as requested by us, & fees are payable shortly before or at the end of your case, regardless of outcome. Pay as you go Expenses are payable either when they fall due or in advance & professional fees are billed & due on either monthly or quarterly, regardless of outcome. Pay in advance Legal fees are paid in advance & are payable regardless of outcome. The amount to be paid in advance as agreed between us.
