We offer an obligation free consultation and are more than happy to provide you with a written quote for services. A fee agreement that clearly sets out the costs involved will be provided to you for review upon engagement of our services.

Our services include drafting & updating Wills with full advice about your rights & the obligations of the people mentioned in your Will, such as the Executor, Trustee, Testamentary Guardian & potential Beneficiaries.

Q What other estate planning services do you offer?

We can assist in applying for probate, claims against Wills & estates, deceased estate claims & estate planning administration. A brief list of tasks required to administer an estate includes funeral, arrangement of death certificate, notification of creditors, payment of outstanding bills, collections of bank accounts, insurance and superannuation policies, distribution of assets to beneficiaries, lodgement of final tax return for both the deceased and the estate.

Never sign financial agreements without receiving independent legal advice. We can prepare loan and security documents to ensure that the transaction is legally enforceable and to secure the repayment of the loan by way of mortgage, bill of sale and/or company charge etc.
