New User Guide
Update Your Listing
1. Log in to your Discover Local Account. To log in go to https://old-wp-install.discoverlocal.com.au/login/
User Email: xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx / Password: xxxxxxxxxxxx
2. After logging in, you will be redirected to your dashboard page: https://old-wp-install.discoverlocal.com.au/listing-author/
3. To update your listing and add more information you can go to your listings page where all your listings will be listed:
4. Choose the listing you want to update, and click the options icon on the far right of the listing to see the options for edit and remove. Click edit to update your listing.
5. Once completed updating your listing click the Save & Preview button
6. You will be redirected to a preview of your business listing which will be under a pending status.
7. Discover Local Australia will review and verify your listing before it will be published publicly on our site.
Listing Status
1. On your dashboard page. Please click the listings menu.
2. On your listings page you will see the status of your listing. From published, pending, to expired.
Edit Your Listing
1. Go to your listings page
2. Choose the listing you want to edit, and click the options icon on the far right of the listing to see the options for edit and remove. Click edit to edit your listing.
3. Edit your listing via the form and click Update & Preview once finished.
Remove Your Listing
1. Go to your listings page
2. Choose the listing you want to remove, and click the options icon on the far right of the listing to see the options for edit and remove. Click remove to delete your listing.
Inbox
You can also check visitor messages from your listings via the Inbox page. You can go to your Inbox via the left navigation panel on your dashboard:
Reviews
To view the reviews for your business listings, you can go to the Reviews page via the left navigation panel.
Saved
If you’re interested in other businesses on our site, you can also save them for future reference, just go to your saved listings page via the left navigation panel.
Contact Support
You can always get in touch with us by going to our contact page. You can click our contact link below the page. And if you’re logged in via the dashboard, you can click the contact support on the top right section of the page.
